This probably caused by a conflict with some plugin. To do this, please try to deactivate all your installed plugins to detect possible plugin conflict.
Once all plugins have to be deactivated, you need to reactivate your plugins one by one. Each time you activate a plugin, check your live website to see if the menu is opening in mobile. This process may take a few minutes, however it is a full proof way of finding what plugin is causing the problem.
If you deactivate all plugins and the error is still being displayed, please provide wp-admin details to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can investigate.
